Are all your products natural?

All products sold by us 100% Nautural, no chemicals or add ins like higher scale companies. If its not natural its not " Natural is Beautiful". 

Where do your products come from?

All of our Shea butters, black soaps, Shea butter black soaps, and Moringa Soap come directly from a village in Africa. 

Is this product safe to use during pregnancy?

Our products are made with natural ingredients that are non-toxic and safe. 
 
In the case of pregnancy, we always recommend that you contact your physician about the specific product and ingredient listing. While many natural ingredients are fine to use during pregnancy, there are some that should be avoided completely and others where usage should be kept below a certain amount.

Are your products tested on animals?

No products listed on our website were tested on animals nor do we have other companies test on animals for us.

I received the wrong item.

We try our best to ensure you receive your order as accurately and as quickly as possible. However sometimes errors do occur. Should this occur, we sincerely apologize.
 
Please inform us within 2 business days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. We reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund of these items if we are not notified within this timeframe.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
